Accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) demonstrates our hospital’s commitment to enhance performance, manage risk and continuously improving our community.

CARF, an independent, non-profit accrediting body, recognizes health and human service providers as having met standards for quality of service that centers on enhancing the lives of the persons served.

We Proudly Display our Gold Seal of Approval

Committed to a higher level of care, our [insert certified program(s) has/have] earned Disease-Specific Care Certification from The Joint Commission in addition to Joint Commission accreditation.  This Gold Seal of Approval™ is a direct reflection of our commitment to provide comprehensive treatment programs to help patients reach maximum outcomes.

The rehabilitation program[s] underwent an extensive, unannounced, on-site evaluation by a team of Joint Commission reviewers and [were/was] evaluated against Joint Commission standards. To earn the certification, our clinic successfully demonstrated compliance with national standards and effective use of evidence-based al practice guidelines to manage and optimize care for patients recovering from [insert conditions with disease-specific certification].
